This service is best suited for anyone who can physically bring their item into our auction house in Cleveland if we need to take a closer look in order to provide you with an accurate estimate.

How Our Auction Valuation Process Works:

  1. Pay the Valuation Deposit.

  2. Fill out the form sent to you via email.

  3. We will get in touch within 2-3 business days to request images and additional info as needed.

  4. Keep in mind that if we need to take a closer look to provide you with an accurate valuation, we will ask you to bring the item into the auction house in Cleveland, Ohio. If you are not in the area, we will not be able to value your piece properly, should we need to see it in person.*

  5. We will contact you within two weeks with the valuation of your item.

  6. Once you receive your estimate, you will have the option to sell your item in one of our upcoming auctions. Learn about how selling at auction works here.

  7. If you choose to consign with us and your item sells successfully we will refund your deposit.

  • The Auction Valuation Service is priced at $50. This deposit helps cover the cost of processing and appraising your item and avoids spam. If you choose to consign your item and it sells successfully, your deposit will be refunded.

    3. Send images and details: Our team will contact you within 2-3 business days for additional information or images of your item.

    4. In-person consultation (if required): If needed, we may ask you to bring your item into our Cleveland, Ohio location for a more accurate assessment.

    Receive your valuation: Within two weeks, we’ll send you the estimated value of your item.

  • If your item requires closer inspection for an accurate valuation, you may need to bring it to our auction house in Cleveland, Ohio. If you are unable to bring the item in person, we may not be able to provide a proper estimate.

  • Once we have all necessary details and images, you will receive your valuation within two weeks.

  • Yes, after receiving your valuation, you will have the option to consign your item for sale in one of our upcoming auctions. If your item sells successfully, your initial deposit will be refunded.

  • If your item does not sell at auction, we will work with you to explore other options. However, the valuation deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to consign your item.

  • Once you agree to the valuation, we will guide you through the consignment process. You'll be able to sign a consignment agreement, and your item will be featured in one of our upcoming auctions.
